She trained extensively with the Studio of Dance Performing Arts in Ballet and Pointe, Modern, Lyrical, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theater, and Hip Hop. Lisa began her teaching career at the Studio of Dance and Performing Arts where her creativity and love of teaching were fostered as both an assistant and a choreographer.

Outside of Dance, Lisa currently holds an Honors Bachelor of Science degree with specialists in both Psychology and Exceptionality in Human Learning. This education has provided her with a knowledge base explicitly relating to human behaviour, child development and learning processes, and thus is particularly suited for a career in teaching. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Education, with additional Special Education qualifications, and is working towards a teaching career where she can pass on her genuine love of learning.
As a highly motivated and strong willed person who revels at the opportunity to try new things, Lisa possess both the excellent communication skills and the dancing experience essential for teaching children. Lisa’s passion, enthusiasm and determination are exemplified by the bonds she’s created at the Dance PAC. She maintains a good rapport with her students; they sense her approachable nature, admire her outgoing personality and appreciate her genuine love for teaching dance. Lisa anticipates another successful season with the Dance PAC and looks forward to seeing both new and familiar faces.
